Pursuant to the Development Charges Act 1997, the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Huron has passed
a Development Charges Bylaw. Bylaw
No.43-2011 passed on October 17, 2011,
sets out a range of charges to be collected from new residential
development only. These charges vary by location within the
municipality, as set out below. The monies collected are used
to pay for services provided by the Township, as set out in the
Development Charges Background Report. These charges apply to
all lands within the Corporation, so a key map is not provided.
The following charges are imposed under the
bylaw:
