Notice of Public Meeting – Tuesday, October 13, 2015

A Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipality of Brockton, 100 Scott St, Walkerton ON, to amend the Walkerton Community Official Plan to permit or recognize site-specific additional uses in the Historic Walkerton Designation for the three properties listed below:

Lot 1 – 28 Durham Street West (Lot 4, Lot 5, Part Lot 1 to Part Lot 3, Plan 7, geographic Town of Walkerton)

Lot 2 – 1 Queen Street S (Part Lots 2 and 3, NDR, W Yonge Street, Plan 7, geographic Town of Walkerton)

Lot 3 – 201 Durham Street W (Lots 5, 6 and 7, S/S Durham, Plan 9; Lots 4, 5, 7, 7 N of Archie and West of Yonge Street, geographic Town of Walkerton)

The purpose of the application is to amend the Municipality of Brockton Zoning By-Law to permit site-specific uses to three properties listed in the ‘C1 – Central Business District’ zone.
