Notice of Public Meeting to Consider a Planning Application – ERBP Z-19-18.36

A Public Meeting will be held during the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

This Public Meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the County of Bruce, 30 Park Street, Walkerton to consider the Planning Application for Part of Lots 32 – 35, Concession 1 NDR; Part of Park Lots 47 and 48, Plan 162 (being Parts 1 to 5, 3R-9462), geographic Town of Walkerton.

The applicants propose to add as a right of use ‘licensed Medical Marijuana growing facilities’. The subject lands would be rezoned to Business Park 1 Special (BP1-X).
