TAKE NOTICE that on the 2nd day of March, 2015 the Council of The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound passed a Development Charges By-law No. 2015-025.
TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of May, 2015 the Council of The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound will hold a public meeting, pursuant to Section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, to present and obtain input on a proposed Amendment to the Development Charges By-law. The amendment is with respect to how the charge is collected during the first two years of the By-law during the residential development charge holiday period. As it is within one year of the preparation of the supporting Background Study to By-law No. 2015-025, there is no need for a further study.
