TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound passed By-law No. 2015-087 on the 29th of June, 2015 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 and Ontario Regulation 545/06 for the purpose of amending the City of Owen Sound’s Zoning By-law 2010-078, as amended.
PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF BY-LAW NO. 2015-087
The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone a portion of the subject lands from Heavy Industrial (M2) to General Industrial (M1). This will permit, among other uses, a community lifestyle facility which is proposed to be relocated from a nearby location. No change is proposed to the portion of the subject lands which is zoned Hazard Lands (ZH).
