TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound, pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 and City Policy No. CrS-C29, is giving notice that Council will be considering a By-law to amend the City’s Procedural By-law No. 2007-242, as amended to revise the Regular Council Agenda Format to remove the Faith Blessing or Moment of Silent Reflection.
