NOTICE Information Session- Proposed Plan of Subdivision former Arena Lands, Milverton, ON

NOTICE that the Township of Perth East will hold a Drop-In Information Session on May 10, 2016 from 4:30 PM until 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Township of Perth East Municipal Offices (25 Mill Street East, Milverton).

THE PURPOSE of the Drop-in Information Session is to provide those interested an opportunity to view a proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision on the lands owned by the Township, and located to the west and south of the Township’s Administrative Offices at 25 Mill St. E., Milverton.

The proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision is comprised of: residential development being 5 lots for single-detached dwellings and 1 block for a 6-unit Townhouse Dwelling; 1 new lot for the new Township of Perth East Fire Station; 1 block for an Emergency Access Route; a re-alignment of Arena Drive from Mill St. E. into a cul-de-sac, (this portion will be renamed “Yost Court”); and, a pedestrian walkway from the end of the new cul-de-sac through to Pugh Street.
