(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On November 16, 2015 at approximately 8:20 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a report from a business that a male employee did not return a work vehicle at the end of the working day. The Dodge pickup truck was located at a residence in the Town of Minto and an arrest was made. During a search of the man, suspected marihuana was located. Along with this a condition placed on him from the courts was not being followed.
33-year-old Joshua COSENS from the Town of Minto is charged with;
Possession of Marihuana – Under 30 grams- Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.)
Fail to Comply with a Recognizance Order-Criminal Code (C.C.)
Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent- C.C.
He appeared in Bail Court on November 17, 2015.
