North Huron Council Shocked By Their Own Mismanagement – Borderline Insolvency Is Part Of Management Strategy

Wednesday’s (08Jan2014) special meeting of council started off with
current Reeve Neil Vincent stating that they legally only need to
give 24 hours notice for a meeting.  Despite the short notice
and the 4pm start, only a few seats were empty in the Public
Gallery.  The traditional” media was not in attendance. 
This special meeting was called so council could approve the Asset
Management Plan
