At last night’s council meeting they discussed a smoking ban around the upcoming Super School. This quickly lead to Councillors discussing other areas that would benefit from a smoking ban, including soccer fields and other public areas.
Council will be getting feedback from the Wingham Police Service regarding feasibility and enforcement before any by-law is formulated and voted on.
