(ST.MARYS, ON) On Thursday May 16, 2013, shortly after 6 p.m. a Perth County OPP officer in St.Marys observed a motorist talking on a cell phone. The driver was stopped and it was discovered that he was unlicensed. Subsequent checks indicated that the vehicle was uninsured and that the driver was not to operate a motor vehicle unless there was an ignition interlock device installed in the vehicle.
The 25 year old male driver from London has been summonsed to appear in Stratford court for the above offences on June 07, 2013. The Dodge Dakota pickup truck he was operating was towed from the scene and has been impounded for 7 days.
