Nikole Vernon – Drive While Impaired By Drug – Crystal Meth – Breach Probation

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) Shortly after midnight on Tuesday December 13, 2011 Perth County OPP officers in Listowel stopped a vehicle at a R.I.D.E. spot check at the intersection of Main St. East and Tremaine Ave South.

The driver of the vehicle displayed obvious signs of impairment by drugs. The driver was arrested and transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment where a drug evaluation officer formed the grounds for charges.

Nikole Vernon (26) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drug”. She was also charged with “possession of Crystal Meth.” and “breach of probation”. She is scheduled to appear in Stratford Bail Court on December 13, 2011.
