Incident: On Monday, June 13, 2016 at approximately 1:45 p.m., a man became upset because he found out he was going to be removed from his rental unit. The man purposely flooded his residence which caused water to also enter the unit below his. He then took an air conditioning unit and threw it out of a second story window to the ground below causing it to become damaged. The man threw a second air conditioning unit outside and struck it with a hammer several times. Community Patrol Officer were contacted and investigated the incident. As a result, a 34 year-old Brantford man was arrested and charged with Mischief x’s 3 and Breach of Probation x’s 2. He was held for a bail hearing.
