(KINCARDINE, ON) – On August 7, 2012 at 5:16 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a fail to remain crash along Phillip Place, Kincardine. Officers arrived and viewed the damage done to a Black Dodge Journey. The other vehicle, a Grey Oldsmobile Alero was located and officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 41 year old Nicola TOMPKINS of Kincardine Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams, Drive with open alcohol and Drive while suspended. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 17, 2012 to answer to the charges.
