(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On July 29, 2012 at 8:43 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 21, Kincardine Township observed a Blue Dodge Charger moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was locked at 168 km/h. 22 year old Nicholas LAIZURE of London was charged with Race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 11, 2012 to answer to the charge.
