(Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh, ON) On August 16, 2010 at approximately noon, four young males attended at a Nile Road address. The group attended because one of the males wanted to fight another male who resided at the Nile Road residence. The accused did not leave the property when directed and proceeded to assault the victim. Property was damaged during the incident and the accused made threats to kill the victim.
As a result of the investigation, Nicholas ABBOTT (18) of Goderich is facing one count of Assault, one count of Mischief Under $5,000 and one count of Utter Threats to Cause Death. He will answer to his charges in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on
