On Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at approximately 10:45 p.m., a citizen contacted the London Police Service in relation to a male on the roof of the Sherwoood Forest Mall, located at 1225 Wonderland Road North.
The male was located on the roof of the mall by police. In an attempt to flee, the suspect jumped off the roof and sustained minor injuries as a result. The suspect did not gain entry and nothing was taken.
27-year-old, Neville Baboram of London, has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Break and enter, contrary to section 348(1)(a); and
– Possession of break-in instrument, contrary to section 351(1).
