(CENTRAL HURON, ON) On January 4, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Huron County OPP officers located a Jeep Cherokee in the ditch on Bannockburn Line near Bayfield Road. Upon speaking with the female driver, officers noted she had been drinking alcohol. Nelly VANWONDEREN, (53) of Central Huron, ON has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Drive Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mgs of Alcohol. She will answer to the charges in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on March 5, 2012. Her driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days as per statute.
