(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday July 20, 2013, around 5:30 p.m. two Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) motorcycle officers pulled over a green Ford pickup truck on Perth Line 20 just West of Hwy 23 as a result of a traffic violation. The male driver was spoken to and it was determined that he had consumed alcohol. He failed a roadside breath test and was transported by an OPP cruiser to the Huron OPP Detachment in Exeter where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Nathaniel RUSTON (19) of the Township of Perth East has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on August 19
