Nathan Tait – Cocaine, Marihuana

(Bluewater, ON) On September 28, 2009 at approximately 9:45 pm a Huron OPP officer was patrolling Airport Line when he observed a vehicle driving very slowly. The officer stopped the vehicle to check on the condition of the driver. When the officer approached the driver and the window was opened, he could immediately detect the odour of fresh marihuana coming from inside the vehicle. During the stop, the marihuana came into plain sight and was seized from the driver. A further search of the vehicle and the occupants produced a quantity of suspected cocaine.

Nathan Tait (19) of Bluewater is now facing one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marihuana and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine. He will be returning to Exeter Court on October 22, 2009 to answer to his charges.
