(BRANT TWP, ON) – On September 3, 2015 at 10:07 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 10 in Brant Township stopped a Silver Honda Civic. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-four-year-old Nathan COURTNEY of Chesley has been charged with impaired driving and refuse breath sample. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 28, 2015 to answer to the charges.
