– on Friday, January 9, 2015, at approximately 7 p.m., a 27-year-old woman was in the St. Clair Avenue West and Bathurst Street area

On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, Nana Apraku, 23, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1. Sexual Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, 10 a.m., courtroom 306.
