On Thursday July 10, 2014 at approximately 11:34am a motor vehicle collision occurred on Stirling Avenue and Charles Street in the city of Kitchener. A silver Lexus westbound on Stirling Ave driven by a 61 year old Kitchener female was approaching the intersection at Charles Street and struck a beige Saab that was southbound on Charles Street. The Saab was driven by 59 year old female from Kitchener. The intersection was closed for approximately an hour while Police investigated. Both driver’s suffered minor injuries and were transported to local hospitals. Charges are pending.
