On February 3rd 2014, at approximately 6:50am, a 13-year-old Kitchener boy was struck by a unknown vehicle while at the crosswalk at the intersection of Westmount Rd and Laurentian Dr. The vehicle is described to possibly be a black Ford pickup truck operated by an unknown Caucasian male. The pedestrian was transported to hospital by emergency medical services for minor injuries. Waterloo Regional Police would like to speak with the driver.
