The London Police Service continues to investigate the shooting at 504 English Street on Monday, March 9, 2015.
The deceased has been identified as Mark Andrew McCullagh, 36 years of age, of London. An autopsy was conducted at London Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. The preliminary cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound.
