Multiple Windows Broken – 3 Incidents

(ST.MARYS, ON) On Sunday Morning April 10, 2011 shortly before 5:30 a.m. the residents of a home on Emily St. in the North West area of town called police reporting a possible break and enter in progress.

OPP officers arrived at the residence within one minute of the call but no suspects were observed at the scene or leaving the area.

The sound which had awakened the residents was found to be a brick that had been thrown at the glass window in a door. 3 thermo pane windows in doors leading to the rear deck of the residence were found to have been smashed. A steel pipe was located in front of the broken windows.

(ST.MARYS, ON) On Sunday Morning April 10, 2011 around 8 a.m. a resident on Emily St. reported that someone had shattered the rear window of his car by throwing a rock at it sometime overnight.

(ST.MARYS, ON) On Sunday Morning April 10, 2011 shortly after 8:30 a.m. a St.Marys resident contacted police advising that a window on the north side of Holy Name of Mary Catholic School had been broken.

Further examination revealed that six of the staff room windows had been smashed with a “No Parking” sign which was left at the scene.
