On March 15, 2016, Waterloo Regional Police responded to an apartment complex near Paulander Avenue, Kitchener for a report of multiple gun shots. Investigation led police to Mooregate Crescent where a number of persons were arrested on outstanding warrants and a variety of offences. Two firearms and ammunition was recovered at the scene. Five adults and one Young Offender were held for Show Cause hearings, or on Warrant. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding the incident is requested to call Waterloo Regional Police Detectives at 519-653-7700 ext 2299
