Mount Forest Man Arrested Again – Break and Enter, Theft, Drugs

(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) –Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers investigated several break and enters and a theft that occurred from August 13 to September 7, 2016 to Wellington Highland RV and Home Hardware on Main Street, Mount Forest. An arrest was made and a search warrant was executed on September 7 at an apartment in Mount Forest where stolen property and suspected marijuana was seized.

35-year-old Gordon KOSTAL of Mount Forest in charged with;

Break and Enter X 2- Criminal Code (C.C.)

Theft Under $5000 X 2- C.C.

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 X 2- C.C.

Possession of Marihuana over 30 grams- Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
