Motorists Urged To Stay Off Roads Until Storm Passes

(PERTH COUNTY, ON) A winter storm currently affecting Perth County is making driving extremely challenging. The Perth County (Ontario Provincial Police) OPP is urging motorists to consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve and the road crews are able to clear all roadways.

At the present time officers are attending to vehicles that have slid into ditches throughout Perth County. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported as a result of these incidents.

For those that decide to travel in this storm, keep your headlights and tail lights on and clear of snow. Remember to keep your speed down, “If you see snow, go slow”.
