(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday May 04, 2013, shortly after 11 p.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Perth Road 163 south of Mitchell observed a motorist throwing garbage out of his vehicle.
The motorist, a 21 year old male from Perth South received a $110 fine for littering. He was also found to have expired plates for which he was also fined. Numerous other discrepancies were noted which resulted in his minivan being towed from the scene.
