Shortly after 1:30pm this date, emergency crews responded to a vehicle collision between a Chevrolet car and a mobility scooter at the intersection of Chatham St. North and Hannibal St. in Blenheim.
The Chevrolet car was travelling northbound on Chatham St. North at the time of the collision.
The 41 year old female on the mobility scooter was transported via ambulance to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with life threating injuries.
The driver of the Chevrolet car was uninjured.
At this time Chatham St. North between Allison and Talbot St. remains closed as officers are continuing the investigation.
