Around 12:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Brock Street in Chatham.
A 17-year-old male youth lost control of his vehicle and struck a hydro pole. Total damage was estimated at $1500.
The youth was charged with careless driving.
