Thursday evening a 33 year Barrie women was southbound on Veterans Drive at the intersection of Mapleton Avenue the signal light changed from green to red and a vehicle on Mapleton Avenue entered the intersection. The collision caused one of the vehicles to overturn and come to rest on it’s side.The attending officer is still investigating the matter and charges are pending. Fortunately only minor injuries were sustained.
