In September of 2015, members of the Hamilton Police Service began a criminal investigation into Dinesh (Dennis) Khanna and his actions as they related to female victims who had reported being sexually assaulted.
Since that time, Hamilton Police have partnered with several surrounding police agencies and provincial regulatory bodies and have continued their investigation into complaints of Fraud received from members of the public.
As a result of this investigation, on September 28th, 2016, Dinesh (Dennis) Khanna was arrested for 19 counts of Fraud related offences. Dinesh (Dennis) Khanna will appear before the courts for a bail hearing at the John Sopinka Court later this afternoon.
