(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) On Saturday February 23, 2013 at approximately 6:05 pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers investigated the occupants of a 2001 Honda that was travelling westbound on Woodlawn Rd. that had just left the Guelph Lake Sports Park in Guelph-Eramosa Twp.
During the investigation police seized a small quantity of marihuana.
Alexandra Villemarie aged 22 and Tanner Stewart aged 24 both of Waterloo have been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. They are scheduled to appear in Guelph court on April 5, 2013 to answer to the charges.
