(KINCARDINE, ON.) – The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) report 2 more charges of stunt driving locally.
o 65 year old Michael Life of Huron Township on Bruce Road 6.
o 23 year old Calvin Soenjaya of Oshawa on Highway 9
Their driver’s licence and vehicles have been seized for 7 days and they are both scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on October 6, 2009 to answer to the stunt driving charge. A conviction for stunt driving carries a maximum fine of $10,000 and further licence suspension.
The South Bruce OPP is reminding drivers they increase their risk of a collision and potential for serious injury or death the faster they drive.
