On December 4, 2016 at 12:45 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to a residence in the area of Country Hills Drive in Kitchener after receiving reports of gun shots being fired. An investigation has revealed that this was a targeted incident and is believed to be related to a similar incident that occurred the night before at a residence on Pioneer Drive. There were no injuries as a result of this incident. Police are asking anyone with information to call 519-653-7700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
