(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On December 8, 2017 at approximately 8:00 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Geddes Street near Moir Street in Elora.
While speaking with the driver of the vehicle, officers became aware that he was providing false information.
26-year-old Mitchell HORNE of Fergus has been charged with:
Obstruct Police
Drive while Disqualified
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 2, 2018 to answer to the charges.
