(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 21, 2014 at approximately 6:25 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Wellington Road 6 near Side Road 4, Wellington North Township and stopped a 2005 Nissan for a traffic violation. The officer detected suspected marijuana and made a seizure. The male driver was arrested and released at the scene with a date to appear in court.
Mitchell BUSSEY age 21 of Owen Sound has been charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 3, 2015.
