Mississauga – Members of the Peel Regional Police 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are requesting assistance from the public in locating an accessibility ramp stolen from the front step of a residence in Mississauga.
Sometime between 7:00 p.m. on Saturday August 6th and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday August 7th, 2016, unknown suspect(s) attended a residence in the area of Huntington Ridge Drive and Mavis Road in the City of Mississauga and stole the family’s accessibility ramp. The ramp is used by the family’s son who is wheelchair bound.
The ramp is described as a 3 foot x 8 foot silver aluminium folding ramp. To see a photo of the ramp, visit our website at www.peelpolice.ca.
