Police are looking to locate a Rebecca CARRUTHERS, 27 year old female, who went missing after leaving her residence early Saturday morning June 25th. CARRUTHERS was picked up by a cab and has not made contact with friends or family since June 25th at 9:00am. Family is concerned for her well being. Any information on her location can be forwarded to Waterloo Regional Police Service. CARRUTHERS has long dark hair, was last seen wearing a black hoody sweater with skulls, black pants and flip flops and has a red purse with her.
