The Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a local man. Investigating officers are searching for 39 year old David Timothy Whitlock. David Whitlock is from the Strathroy area and the police are concerned for his welfare. Whitlock was spoken to on Wednesday October 19th and is believed to be driving a green Subaru hatchback with Ontario licence plates ATKB351. David Whitlock will likely have 3 dogs in his car with him. If anyone sees David, please call the Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service at 519-245-1250 or call 911 to report his whereabouts.
