(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult male. He was last seen in the area of Rideau Terrace on Wednesday January 29th. He may be walking or in a coffee shop within the city.
There are concerns for his safety and well-being at this time.
