MISSING PERSON!!!

Police seek the assistance of the public in locating a missing male:

Huron County OPP are asking for the assistance of the public in locating a missing male from Clinton. Wally Thompson age 63 years old ( d.o.b: 17 August 1945) left his residence in Clinton in the family vehicle this morning 02 June 2009 at 7:00 A/M, Mr. Thompson is suffering from Alzheimer’s and it is uncommon for him to leave the residence without telling someone.

Mr. Thompson is operating a blue/grey 2004 Pontiac Montana Van with gold lower body accents. The vehicle has tinted windows and has Ontario Licence plate # 184 HKL. Mr. Thompson has expressed an interest in returning to the Burlington/ Waterdown area where he once resided.

Wally Thompson is described as being 185 cms (6 feet) tall and weighing 91 kgs (200 Lbs) he has hazel eyes and short black/grey hair that is receding and described as very short. He was last seen wearing glasses, a bright orange and blue jacket, blue pants and sandals.

Police ask that anyone having contact or knowing the whereabouts of Wally Thompson is asked to call the Huron County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
