(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On February 21, 2017, at approximately 1:42 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an incident at a rural property on Woodhull Road.
A worker at the dairy farm was unaccounted for and efforts were made to determine their whereabouts.
The missing male was subsequently located in a manure holding tank and pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased has been identified as 58-year-old Carl GREGG, from Middlesex Centre, Ontario.
The Ontario Ministry of Labour has assumed the investigation.
