Waterloo Regional Police are requesting the assistance of the public in locating Friederich HARTWICK. HARTWICK is a 19 year old white male, 5’8 in height, approximately 110 lbs, with short brown hair, blue eyes, and has a tattoo of a written word on his right arm. HARTWICK was last seen July 25, 2015, wearing a black t-shirt and black skinny jeans. HARTWICK could be in the Victoria Park, Downtown Kitchener area. Police would like to check on his wellbeing.
