Waterloo Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Nicole Judge, 15. Nicole was last seen Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Preston High School. She is described as white, five feet tall with a thin build, brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a brown jacket with fur around the hood, black top, black skirt and white leggings.
