The Waterloo Regional Police Service is requesting the assistance from the public in locating 15 year old Courtney Mackenzie SCOTT. Courtney SCOTT is as an aboriginal female, 5ft 5in, 100 lbs small build, short dyed reddish brown hair and brown eyes. Courtney SCOTT was last seen wearing black leggings and a hoody which says Blueberry” on it. Courtney SCOTTs well being is a concern because she is new to Waterloo. Courtney was last seen in the Bridgeport and Weber Street area of Waterloo on April 15
