A Rose street resident was arrested early this morning when he used a garbage can to cause
several hundred dollars in damage to a apartment building lobby for no apparent reason. The man was charged with mischief for damage to the lobby door, apartment directory box and the garbage can. The arrested male was held for a bail hearing as he was on release for previous unrelated charges of causing a disturbance and impaired driving.
