(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) On Saturday June 15, 2013 at approximately 7:00pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received report of mischief damage to the J.D. Hogarth Public School located at 360 Belsyde Ave in the Town of Fergus.
Investigation revealed that sometime between Friday afternoon and Saturday evening, unknown suspect/s attended the school property and spray painted three separate buildings. The suspect/s used green spray paint and sprayed profanities and inappropriate comments on the buildings that were viewed by some children that attend that school and they alerted their parents and they in turn called police.
